The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and ambitious New Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is crucial to Qumin's success, as you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and securing partnerships with clients in the UK and China.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new leads and convert them into paying clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Present Qumin's services and value proposition in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Your Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in direct sales, partnerships, or account growth within the digital marketing industry.
  • A passion for technology and a strong understanding of the Chinese digital landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience using CRM software and cloud-based platforms.
  • Mandarin language proficiency would be a significant advantage.
