Video Editor Opportunity

Salary Range: £28,000 - £32,000

Work Schedule: 3 days a week

We are collaborating with a digital-first brand in the Health & Wellness sector, dedicated to recovery and well-being. As they broaden their product range and introduce new supplements, they are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join their team, reporting directly to the Head of Brand & Creative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Editing: Edit and compile video footage to create a polished and engaging final product, focusing on captivating short-form content suitable for social media and advertising campaigns.
  • Content Ideation: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative and compelling ideas.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure all video content aligns with brand standards and guidelines, reviewing for consistency and accuracy.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple projects concurrently, adhering to deadlines while delivering high-quality outcomes. Provide accurate estimates for editing timelines.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in video editing to enhance the quality and relevance of our content.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Proven editing experience with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise.
  • Experience in creating high-performing video content for paid social media advertising is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • A genuine interest in health and wellness.
  • A passion for video editing and creative brainstorming, with a commitment to staying updated on industry advancements.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of graphic design tools is advantageous.
  • Desirable: Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve Studio for color grading, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) for video editing and motion graphics.
