Willing Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our dedicated team in providing high-quality care to patients in an acute inpatient mental health setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
* Administer medications and monitor their effects on patients
* Provide therapeutic interventions and support to promote patients' mental well-being
* Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
* Collaborate with family members and caregivers to provide education and support
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory standards

**Requirements:**

* RMN qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
* Proven experience in a mental health hospital or acute inpatient care setting
* Strong understanding of mental health conditions and evidence-based treatments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
* Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to patient care
