Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with family members and caregivers to provide education and support, promoting a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Requirements
  • RMN qualification and valid UK NMC Pin.
  • Proven experience in a mental health hospital or acute inpatient care setting.
  • Strong understanding of mental health conditions and evidence-based treatments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
