- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and transparency.
- RMN qualification and valid UK NMC Pin.
- Proven experience in a mental health hospital or acute inpatient care setting.
- Strong understanding of mental health conditions and evidence-based treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to patient care, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
