Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Magna House Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals experiencing mental health issues.

About the Role:
  • Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, and long-term service users, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide comprehensive care, prioritizing the needs of each individual.
  • Be competent and confident in managing people with long-term health conditions, providing tailored support and interventions.
  • Proactively identify, diagnose, and manage treatment plans for service users with complex needs, ensuring effective care and support.
  • Prioritize health problems and intervene appropriately to assist service users in complex, urgent, or emergency situations.
  • Recognize and work within your own competence level, seeking support when needed.
  • Produce accurate, contemporaneous, and complete records of service user interaction and consultation, consistent with legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Support, manage, and guide support workers on a daily basis, promoting a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Be committed to continual personal development of yourself and the role, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care.
Necessary Experience or Qualifications:
  • Hold a valid NMC Pin and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
  • Have a real passion for caring and helping people, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Be able to work on shift/rota patterns, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Have the right to work in the UK, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Magna House is a 29-bed hospital in Lincolnshire, providing acute care, treatment, and rehabilitation services to individuals experiencing mental health issues. Our dedicated team is committed to delivering effective care, supporting individuals to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
