About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at a leading independent provider of acute inpatient mental health care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients with complex mental and physical health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert care to patients with a range of mental health conditions, including chronic and complex needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans to ensure patient safety.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, including medication management, therapy, and support.
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD).
  • Be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Have satisfactory references and the right to work in the UK.
