Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our dedicated team in providing high-quality care to patients in an acute inpatient mental health setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and monitor their effects on patients, providing therapeutic interventions and support to promote patients' mental well-being.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, collaborating with family members and caregivers to provide education and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- RMN qualification and valid UK NMC Pin.
- Proven experience in a mental health hospital or acute inpatient care setting.
- Strong understanding of mental health conditions and evidence-based treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to patient care.
