- Develop and implement clinical programs to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff members.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in acute mental health care, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
