Senior Support Worker - Enhanced Care

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Greylees, Sleaford. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
  • Supervise and support junior staff members, providing guidance and training to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Enhanced DBS check and references.
