About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Leader, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of clinical services that meet the needs of our patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership to the nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to Trust policies and procedures.
  • Assess care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate programs of care for patients with acute mental health needs.
  • Work closely with the Ward Manager to achieve ward targets and deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Provide support, supervision, and guidance to members of the nursing team.
  • Contribute to the operational management of the ward, including the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • RMN or RNLD or RN, S/W, O/T: 1st Level Registration (NMC) or degree or equivalent.
  • Evidence of specialized continued professional training (degree level) in clinical practice.
  • Current Registered Professional.
  • ENB998 / FliPS or equivalent.
  • Management Training.
  • Certificate in clinical supervision.
Person Specification
  • Relevant experience of working with adults with mental health needs.
  • Sound knowledge of the national agenda for mental health.
  • Sound knowledge of clinical/risk assessment and understanding of Information Governance principles.
  • Experience of working within mental health care.
