Care Quality and Compliance Director

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Lead to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance within our client's organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain quality assurance and compliance processes
- Oversee all aspects of regulatory and quality management
- Support and assist the senior management team in the delivery of high-quality care
- Work alongside registered managers to identify deficiencies and risks and develop action plans
- Review and analyse data and report when required
- Provide guidance and advice on policies and CQC regulations, supporting compliance
- Support with the development and review of policies, ensuring they are up to date
- Promote best practice across services
- Support and take the lead on projects
- Level 5 Health & Social Care or NMC registration
- Mental Health Hospital experience and knowledge
- Track record of compliance within the Healthcare sector
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and framework
- Full UK driving license with access to a car with business insurance
