We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Leader, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of clinical services that meet the needs of our patients.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership to the nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to Trust policies and procedures.
- Assess care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate programs of care for patients with acute mental health needs.
- Work closely with the Ward Manager to achieve ward targets and deliver high-quality patient care.
- Provide support, supervision, and guidance to members of the nursing team.
- Contribute to the operational management of the ward, including the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- RMN or RNLD or RN, S/W, O/T: 1st Level Registration (NMC) or degree or equivalent.
- Evidence of specialized continued professional training (degree level) in clinical practice.
- Current Registered Professional.
- ENB998 / FliPS or equivalent.
- Management Training.
- Certificate in clinical supervision.
- Relevant experience of working with adults with mental health needs.
- Sound knowledge of the national agenda for mental health.
- Sound knowledge of clinical/risk assessment and understanding of Information Governance principles.
- Experience of working within mental health care.
