Position Overview

We are in search of a skilled Area Sales Manager who is results-driven, possesses strong customer relationship skills, and maintains an active presence in the designated sales territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Ariston's offerings, including boilers, hot water systems, and heat pumps, utilizing effective sales techniques and comprehensive product knowledge. Key responsibilities encompass maintaining and growing assigned territories to achieve or surpass sales objectives through relationship building, market analysis, and the execution of strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on market needs and opportunities to grow business in your territory
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent service delivery
  • Engage regularly with both existing and prospective clients
  • Develop and nurture strong partnerships with key installers
  • Enhance sales and revenue within your region
  • Generate new business opportunities through various market channels
  • Possess Math and English proficiency at GCSE Level C or higher
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the heating sector
  • Be actively involved in the relevant area of the vacancy

The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge and at least 3 years of sales experience within this industry, demonstrating a strong drive for success, exceptional communication and organizational abilities, a proactive mindset, a focus on targets, and a customer-oriented approach.
