About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Simplify Recruitment Group. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Managers across a defined geographical area, driving sales performance and achieving new business targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Achieving Sales Targets: You will be accountable for achieving the aggregate monthly, quarterly, and annual volume revenue and targets for your region.
  • Team Management: You will be responsible for recruiting, inducting, and training a team of Business Development Managers, as well as their ongoing development and performance.
  • Client Management: You will ensure that clients are treated fairly and that all services sold are needed and made in a compliant way.
  • Performance Monitoring: You will monitor conversion rates within the team to ensure an increase in deal volume and ensure that team members are skilled in the application of new business pricing.
  • Communication: You will conduct monthly and quarterly 1-1's with all Business Development Managers to ensure effective communication and understanding of training and development needs.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: You will have significant experience of leading a team of high-performing sales people in a B2B environment.
  • Sales Performance: You will be motivated with hands-on leadership experience involving driving sales performance.
  • Organisational Skills: You will have organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Numeracy: You will be numerate with the ability to quickly understand the key figures that impact sales performance.
  • Communication Skills: You will have strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage with others.
  • Leadership Skills: You will have leadership skills with the ability to maintain discipline and motivate a team.
  • Commercial Acumen: You will have strong commercial acumen with an excellent understanding of the sales and business development process.
What We Offer
  • Annual Salary: £60,000
  • Bonus Scheme: Up to £5,000 per quarter based on sales targets
  • Car Allowance: Or company car
