About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our UK sales team, covering the South East region. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling all modes of freight and working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight industry
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Represent the company in the best possible light with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively scope new business opportunities and track sales performance
  • Manage the CRM system and ensure ongoing liaison with existing clients and follow-up of prospective customers
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the freight industry
  • Knowledge and experience of Import/Export multimodal business
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, especially Excel, and general PC knowledge
  • Good understanding of logistics processes and procedures
  • Ability to prioritize and organize own workload with attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
