POSITION OVERVIEW

We are in search of an Area Sales Manager with a solid background in the HVAC sector, specifically in heat pumps and boilers, to optimize the sales of Ariston UK Ltd's offerings. This role encompasses the management of gas boilers, renewable energy solutions, and hot water products within the designated region. Your primary objective will be to drive commercial success and expand sales by fostering relationships with key stakeholders such as housing developers, associations, and local councils. You will also be responsible for monitoring your performance against set budget targets and facilitating continuous professional development opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within your designated area.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering consistent and high-quality service.
  • Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key installers.
  • Drive sales volume and revenue growth in your area.
  • Explore various market routes to enhance business opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate cost calculations and quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery, and specifications while adhering to company policies.
  • Participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade exhibitions to support sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of industry knowledge, with a minimum of three years of sales experience in the HVAC market. A strong drive for success, excellent relational and organizational skills, proactivity, and a customer-centric approach are essential attributes for this role.
