Job Title: Regional Fleet Van Sales Executive

Location: South East Region

Benefits: £38,000 basic salary + tax efficient company car + bonus – OTE £80,000-£100,000 (uncapped)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance fleet van sales within the assigned territory
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Achieve the required sales target and related KPI's within a 12 month period
  • Work closely with both the Head of Sales and Regional Retail Team to identify opportunities for all products and services via sales
  • Enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales and an understanding of total costs of ownership and funding options
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels
  • Professional presenter who will be asked to share in presenting at regional sales and dealership meetings
  • Ability to find new customers and increase the customer database
  • Previous experience in selling or renting capital equipment to key local fleets
  • Knowledge of the Van industry is ideal
  • Full UK driving licence is essential, as regular regional travel is a core component of the role
