Position: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Volkswagen Milton Keynes

Hours: Full-time, including Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Compensation: Competitive salary with bonus and OTE scheme

Bonus & Commission: Includes an uncapped OTE and bonus structure to be discussed during the interview.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as a crucial link between our customers and the workshop. Your position will be front-facing in the showroom, necessitating a genuine passion for assisting customers. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring that prior experience in a dealership is not required. Your initial weeks will include an induction program, shadowing opportunities, and a buddy system designed to facilitate your transition into this role.

Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in customer service is essential.
  • A strong commitment to enhancing the customer journey and delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage customer expectations through regular communication.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills to manage your own customer base effectively.
  • Confidence in addressing complex customer issues professionally, seeking management support when necessary.
  • Proficient with technology, ideally with experience using CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture customer relationships prior to their appointments, warmly welcoming them upon arrival.
  • Enhance the customer experience throughout their journey with us in a proactive and positive manner.
  • Act as a representative for both the business and the customer, guiding them to make informed decisions.
  • Accurately complete all administrative tasks related to customer interactions.
  • Proactively assist customers with their future needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster outstanding customer service and retention.
