Position: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Land Rover Melton Mowbray
Hours: Full-time, including Saturday mornings on a rota basis
Compensation: £28,334, supplemented by a performance-based bonus scheme

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as a crucial link between our clientele and the workshop. Positioned at the forefront of our operations, you will need to exhibit a genuine passion for assisting customers. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring that prior experience in a dealership is not a prerequisite. Your initial weeks will include an induction program, shadowing opportunities, and a mentorship system designed to facilitate your transition into this role.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in customer service is essential
- A strong commitment to enhancing the customer journey and delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work under pressure and manage customer expectations through regular communication
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage your own customer base and tasks
- Confidence in addressing complex customer issues professionally, seeking management support when necessary
- Technologically adept, preferably with experience using CRM systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture customer relationships prior to their appointments, welcoming them upon arrival
- Enhance the customer experience throughout their journey with us in a proactive and positive manner
- Act as a representative for both the business and the customer, providing expert support to facilitate informed decision-making
- Accurately manage all administrative tasks related to customer interactions
- Proactively assist customers with future needs
- Collaborate with team members to promote outstanding customer service and retention
