Key Responsibilities:
Our specialists are pivotal in assisting residents with a wide range of inquiries and issues.


On a typical day, you may assist a resident who has found a lost pet, address concerns about property maintenance, or manage various community-related queries. This role offers the potential for hybrid working arrangements, with opportunities to engage with customers in person, via phone, email, and online chat.


It is a demanding position, as there is a constant need for our services. Additionally, you may encounter customers facing challenging situations, including mental health issues or significant life changes, requiring a calm and supportive approach.


What You Will Do:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance and guidance to customers with diverse inquiries. Your ability to foster relationships, take initiative, and make informed decisions will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction.


You will collaborate with various Council services, always prioritizing the customer experience.
