Role Overview: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as a crucial link between our clientele and the workshop. Positioned at the forefront of our operations, you will need to exhibit a genuine passion for assisting customers. Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in customer service is essential

- Ability to work under pressure and manage customer expectations through regular communication

- Confidence in addressing complex customer issues professionally, seeking management support when necessary
