Customer Service Specialist

TRS Consulting is seeking a skilled Junior Service Engineer to join our national team of engineers. As a Junior Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers via phone and email, performing remote troubleshooting, and guiding customers through the problem-solving process.
Your BackgroundTo be successful in this role, you should have a qualification in electronics or a relevant technical discipline, impeccable customer service skills, and a flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges. A full UK driving licence is also required.

As a Junior Service Engineer, you will have the opportunity to gain training on a range of medical imaging systems, including CT and MRI, and progress your career into field service engineer roles.
