About Us

Marshall Motor Group stands as one of the UK's leading automotive dealer networks, representing a diverse range of renowned car, van, truck, and motorcycle manufacturers across numerous dealerships nationwide.

We prioritize our workforce just as much as our clientele. As a member of the Constellation Automotive Group, which encompasses Webuyanycar, cinch, and BCA, we offer extensive opportunities for career development and personal growth.

The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as a crucial link between our customers and the service department. Your position will be front-facing in the showroom, requiring a genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers. Comprehensive training will be provided, so prior experience in an automotive dealership is not necessary. Your initial weeks will include an induction program focused on the Marshall Customer Journey, along with shadowing and mentorship opportunities to facilitate your transition into the role.

Who You Are

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service is essential.
  • You possess a strong commitment to enhancing the customer journey and delivering exceptional service.
  • You are adept at meeting deadlines and managing customer expectations through regular communication and updates.
  • You exhibit meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills, as you will oversee your own customer portfolio and workload.
  • You feel confident addressing complex customer inquiries professionally and seeking management support when necessary.
  • You are tech-savvy, ideally with experience using CRM systems.

Your Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture customer relationships prior to their appointments, warmly welcoming them upon arrival.
  • Enhance the customer experience throughout their journey with Marshall in a proactive and positive manner.
  • Act as a representative for both the business and the customer, providing expert guidance to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Complete all administrative tasks related to customer interactions accurately and empathetically.
  • Proactively assist customers with their future needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to promote outstanding customer service and retention.

If you are interested in exploring this opportunity within Marshall Motor Group, we encourage you to apply online, and one of our recruitment specialists will reach out to you.

We are committed to hiring the most qualified individuals and providing equal opportunities for employee advancement, including promotions and training, without discrimination based on gender, race, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, religion, belief, or disability.
