Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our operations and customer services team, you will be responsible for providing vital support to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in answering incoming calls and emails related to matters such as direct debits, tenant information, repair requests, and payments.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including managing inboxes, downloading reports, and actioning follow-up tasks.
  • Liaise with surveyors for inspection orders and create purchase order numbers.
  • Update housing management systems and perform other administrative tasks to support the team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration or customer service, preferably in a charity or housing organization.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work proactively and deliver exceptional results.
  • Highly IT literate and able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, committed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of circa £15 per hour.
  • The opportunity to work with a fantastic team in a role where you can add value and make a difference.
  • A part-time position with 30 hours per week, ideally 6 hours per day, with some flexibility in hours worked.
