Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a key member of our Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Aftersales customers, ensuring their vehicles are serviced and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to Aftersales customers via phone and email
- Manage and book vehicles in for servicing and MOTs
- Make outbound calls to customers to proactively offer services and products
- Work closely with the dealership team to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced target-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Proficiency in using database systems and technology
- Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
