Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at CHS Group. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a first-class customer-focused service when dealing with a wide range of telephone enquiries, emails, and face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers
  • Deal with customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Services Team to provide efficient support to our Housing Management and Property Services Teams
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the Customer Services team

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative and direct customer-facing role
  • Proven experience in negotiating confidently and demonstrating a calm, but assertive approach
  • Professional telephone manner with excellent communication and listening skills
  • Able to negotiate confidently and demonstrate an assertive approach, with discretion and diplomacy
  • Able to be responsive and make decisions in a timely and effective way
  • Ability to contribute to the smooth running of the Customer Services team
  • Able to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Competent in MS Office packages (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
