Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent German language customer service representative to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email management software.
  • Process customer orders and changes using our in-house system software.
  • Make outgoing phone calls to customers to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
  • Develop relationships with customers to build opportunities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both oral and written English and German.
  • Ability to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach.
  • Problem-solving skills, initiative, and a willingness to learn and improve.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • UK visa required.

Experience:
  • Customer service, sales, or administration experience: 1 year (preferred).
  • German and English language skills at Native or C1 level.
