Customer Service Representative

At GLL, we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Parkside Pools and Gym in Cambridge. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, responding to enquiries, and converting them into memberships.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering phone calls, dealing with transactions, and handling queries. You'll also have the opportunity to work with our team to provide support and ensure our customer service levels are always at their highest.

What we're looking for:

  • A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support when needed
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures
  • Good IT, literacy, and numerical skills
  • Experience of administration and cash handling

What you'll do:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries
  • Deal with transactions, including setting up direct debits and cash handling
  • Convert customer enquiries into memberships
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries
  • Work with our team to provide support and ensure our customer service levels are always at their highest
