Position: Caravan Sales Administrator
Role Overview

We are excited to present an opportunity within our Caravan Village team for a dedicated individual who possesses a strong commitment to service excellence and meticulous attention to detail.


The ideal candidate will excel in establishing and nurturing relationships with both prospective and current Holiday Homeowners, while providing essential support to our holiday home sales team.


We seek a self-driven individual who thrives on challenges, adept at managing priorities and contributing significantly to the Holiday Home Sales team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to Holiday Homeowners and visitors at the Caravan Village.
  • Ensure new owners receive comprehensive support throughout and after the sales process.
  • Understand and adhere to compliance, sales procedures, and relevant legal regulations.
  • Maintain accuracy in sales documentation before submission to Head Office.
  • Foster positive relationships with owners, demonstrating approachability and friendliness.
  • Assist the Caravan Sales Manager with daily operations.
  • Support sales teams by generating new quotes, managing stock orders, and conducting welcome meetings with new owners.
  • Engage in the sale of holiday homes and earn commission based on performance.

  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • A proven history of delivering outstanding service.
  • Excellent communication abilities across various platforms.
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in multiple systems, requiring IT literacy.
