Position Overview

We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity within our Caravan Village division for a dedicated individual who possesses a strong commitment to customer service and a keen attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will excel in establishing and nurturing relationships with both prospective and current Holiday Homeowners, while also providing essential support to our holiday home sales team.

We seek a self-driven individual who thrives on challenges, effectively manages their workload, and plays a vital role within the Holiday Home Sales team.

Your responsibilities will include conducting introductory meetings, ensuring that sales adhere to compliance standards, assisting new customers and owners in their holiday home purchases, and delivering outstanding service to those investing in Butlins Caravan Ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exemplary service to Holiday Homeowners and visitors to the Caravan Village.
  • Provide comprehensive support to new owners throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Understand the sales process, compliance requirements, and relevant legal regulations.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure all sales documentation is accurate before submission to Head Office.
  • Foster strong relationships with owners, being approachable and friendly while maintaining professionalism.
  • Assist the Caravan Sales Manager with daily operations.

Additionally, you will support the sales teams by preparing new quotes, facilitating the ordering of new stock, and conducting welcome meetings with new owners. You will also have the opportunity to sell holiday homes directly and earn commission based on your sales performance.

Candidate Profile:

  • A genuine passion, energy, and enthusiasm for Butlins.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated history of providing exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication skills across various mediums.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in various IT systems is essential.
