About the Role
We're looking for a Caravan Sales Manager to join our passionate team at our Skegness Resort.

Reporting to the Head of Caravan Village, you will coach your team to engage with prospective buyers and provide them with a memorable sales experience from start to completion.

This is a hands on role, so as well as coaching and supporting the team, you will also drive sales and assist your team in the final push to secure deals where necessary.

You will be a role model for fantastic product knowledge, a transparent sales process, and a fantastic customer experience.

We have around 700 caravans and pitches to suit a range of prospective owners and you will support new owners from the beginning of the sales process, all the way through to ensuring that their new holiday home is as promised.

You will also have accountability for ensuring that we have effective marketing in place with the support of our marketing team, and that the stock available represents the desires and budgets of prospective buyers.

Looking at our existing owners opportunities to upgrade and retain their relationship with Butlin's for many years to come.

You would also be accountable for pitch retention on Park, you will have an annual retention target.

This can be achieved by working closely with the Experience Manager & Facilities Manager to increase the demand for Owner's to upgrade and keep owners for many years to come.

Targets will be stretching for you and the team, so you should have a genuine get stuck attitude with the ability to motivate and drive your team to achieve success.

Whilst also having the ability to lead from the front and making sales as an individual where required.

Hosting the best entertainment and facilities of any caravan park on the east coast, working at Butlins means you are selling a lifestyle of which there is no comparison, so knowledge and belief in our product is essential

About You

We are looking for a passionate individual who has strong demonstratable experience within a management role in a caravan sales environment.

You should have a warm and endearing personality along with a passion for ensuring every customer has a fantastic experience with us.

Integrity is really important in this role to ensure that every guest has a completely transparent sales process and leaves with a great lasting impression of Butlin's.

With strong communication skills, you will keep your team informed of the current financial position, along with plans and expectations for the coming months and year.

Sales targets may feel stretching at times, so the skill to keep your team motivated to achieve results and remain passionate about the experience being offered is extremely important for this position.

You should be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a proven track record of hitting sales targets in this area.

As with all roles at Butlin's, whilst your experience and skills are important to us, your mindset, ability to learn quickly and a passion for making our guests fall in love with Butlin's is of equal importance.
