Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supermarket Shift Leader to join our Retail Team at Haven. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and coaching your team to achieve sales and service targets, and ensuring a safe and clean shopping environment.

• Customer Service: Provide an outstanding retail experience for our customers, ensuring service, quality, and consistency in all aspects of the supermarket.
• Team Leadership: Lead and coach your team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are met, and provide guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Issue Escalation: Escalate any issues to the Supermarket Team Manager in a timely and professional manner.
• New Starter Induction: Induct and support new starters through our 90-day induction program and completion of core departmental training.
• Supermarket Operations: Deliver a hands-on approach to supermarket duties, including greeting customers and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
• Health and Safety: Promote a culture of health and safety within the supermarket, ensuring that all team members are aware of and adhere to our health and safety policies and procedures.

• Experience: Have previous experience working in retail or a similar customer-facing environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading and coaching teams.
• Qualifications: Hold a relevant qualification, such as a degree in business or a related field, or have equivalent experience and skills.
