Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality guest experiences
- Ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled and team objectives are met
- Support and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge
- Drive key targets such as add-on sales and promotions
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements
About You
We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in sports and activities operations. You will have a proven track record of leading and motivating teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be confident in your ability to think on your feet, make decisions, and take ownership of your work.
Requirements
- Previous experience in leading a team in a sports and activities environment
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements
