About the Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Sports & Activities Team as a Shift Manager. This is an operational guest-facing role that requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled by leading and motivating the team to achieve their objectives.
- Support and coach the team to deliver a great experience for our guests, driving key targets such as add-on sales and promotions.
- Manage fluctuating guest demand while maintaining operational standards and guest experience.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to our brand standards and values.
About You
We are looking for an experienced leader from within a Sports & Activities environment who can support the team to deliver fantastic service. You should have a proven track record of leading a team in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on guest experience and operational excellence.
