We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our Buffets Team at Butlin's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled by leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver excellent service and maintain high operational standards.
- Develop and implement effective operational plans to meet business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the Venue Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the team.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
About You
We are looking for a seasoned leader with a proven track record in F&B operations, who can inspire and motivate their team to deliver exceptional results. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
