About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Sports & Activities Team as a Shift Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled and team members are equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational targets and deliver high-quality guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain operational standards, ensuring consistency across all shifts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve guest satisfaction.
