About the Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our Sports & Activities Team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks and objectives are being met, and that the team is equipped to handle fluctuating guest demand while maintaining high operational standards and guest satisfaction.
About You
We are looking for a seasoned leader with experience in a Sports & Activities environment. You will have a proven track record of training and coaching teams to deliver exceptional service, and be confident in your ability to lead and motivate your team, even in high-pressure situations. Strong leadership skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks and objectives are being met
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high operational standards
- Develop and implement strategies to drive add-on sales and promotions
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements
