Position Overview

We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity within our Caravan Village division for a dedicated individual who possesses a strong commitment to service excellence and meticulous attention to detail.


We seek a candidate capable of fostering robust and enduring relationships with both prospective and current Holiday Homeowners, while also providing essential support to our holiday home sales team.


The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrate self-motivation, and effectively manage their workload, becoming a vital contributor to the Holiday Home Sales team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to Holiday Homeowners and visitors to the Caravan Village.
  • Ensure new owners receive comprehensive support throughout and after the sales process.
  • Understand compliance, sales procedures, and the relevant legal frameworks.
  • Exhibit a keen eye for detail to ensure all sales documentation is accurate before submission to Head Office.
  • Build rapport with owners, maintaining an approachable and friendly demeanor while engaging with families.
  • Assist the Caravan Sales Manager on a daily basis.
  • Support the sales teams by generating new quotes, managing stock orders, and conducting welcome meetings with new owners.
  • Engage in the sale of holiday homes and earn commission based on performance.

  • Excellent communication skills across various mediums.
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial.
  • Comfortable with multiple IT systems and proficient in technology.
