Position Overview

We are excited to present an opportunity within our Caravan Village team for a dedicated individual who possesses a strong commitment to service excellence and a keen attention to detail.


We seek a candidate who can cultivate robust and enduring relationships with both new and existing Holiday Homeowners, while providing essential support to our holiday home sales team.


The ideal candidate will embrace challenges, demonstrate self-motivation, and effectively prioritize their responsibilities, becoming a vital member of the Holiday Home Sales team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to Holiday Homeowners and visitors to the Caravan Village.
  • Ensure new owners receive comprehensive support throughout and after the sales process.
  • Understand the compliance and sales procedures, including relevant legalities and regulations.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail by verifying that all sales are accurate before submission to Head Office.
  • Foster genuine relationships with owners, maintaining an approachable and friendly demeanor while engaging with families.
  • Assist the Caravan Sales Manager daily, supporting the sales teams by generating new quotes, facilitating the ordering of new stock, and conducting welcome meetings with new owners.
  • Engage in the sale of holiday homes personally, earning commission based on performance.

  • Previous sales experience is a plus.
