About The Role

An exciting opportunity has emerged within our Caravan Village team for an individual who possesses a strong commitment to service excellence and meticulous attention to detail.

We seek a candidate who can foster robust and enduring relationships with both new and existing Holiday Homeowners, while providing essential support to our holiday home sales team.

You should thrive on challenges, be self-driven, and adept at managing your workload, becoming a vital part of the Holiday Home Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Conducting welcome meetings, ensuring sales adhere to compliance standards, assisting new customers and owners in their holiday home purchases, and delivering outstanding service to owners investing in Butlins Caravan Ownership.

  • Deliver a premier service to Holiday Homeowners and visitors to the Caravan Village.
  • Ensure new owners receive comprehensive support throughout and after the sales process.
  • Understand the compliance and sales procedures, including relevant legalities and regulations.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail to verify that all sales documentation is accurate before submission to Head Office.
  • Build meaningful relationships with owners, being approachable and friendly while maintaining confidence in all interactions.
  • Assist the Caravan Sales Manager daily.
  • Support the sales teams by generating new quotes, managing new stock orders, and conducting welcome meetings with new owners.
  • Engage in selling holiday homes personally, with commission-based compensation.

  • Previous sales experience is a plus.
