Position Overview

We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity within our Caravan Village team for a dedicated individual who possesses a strong commitment to service excellence and meticulous attention to detail.


We seek a candidate who can cultivate robust and enduring relationships with both prospective and current Holiday Homeowners, while providing essential support to our holiday home sales team.


The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrate self-motivation, and effectively manage their workload, becoming a vital member of the Holiday Home Sales team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to Holiday Homeowners and visitors to the Caravan Village.
  • Ensure new owners receive comprehensive support throughout and after the sales process.
  • Understand compliance and sales procedures, including relevant legalities and regulations.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure all sales documentation is accurate before submission to Head Office.
  • Foster positive relationships with owners, displaying approachability and friendliness while engaging with families.
  • Assist the Caravan Sales Manager daily and support the sales teams by generating new quotes, managing stock orders, and conducting welcome meetings with new owners.
  • Engage in selling holiday homes directly and earn commission based on sales performance.

  • A proven history of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication abilities across various platforms.
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in multiple systems, demonstrating IT literacy.
