Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-line technical support for a range of IT issues, including Windows, Office 365, Teams, Active Directory, and MS Exchange.
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar IT Helpdesk Analyst role, with a strong background in IT support.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
