Job Title: 1st Line Support Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our expanding helpdesk team as a 1st Line Support Technician at Stratospherec Limited.

About the Role

As a 1st Line Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling general queries and technical issues related to our web application and CRM/Case management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling helpdesk calls and managing the helpdesk ticketing system to ensure timely support for clients.
  • Resolving issues where possible or escalating them to 2nd or 3rd Line Support when necessary.
  • Performing basic account management tasks, such as registering/cancelling software licenses, adjusting user settings, and providing basic training to clients.
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and supporting the launch of new services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills, with excellent spoken and written English.
  • An A-Level (or equivalent/higher qualification) in a technology-related subject, such as ICT, Computing, or Computer Science.
  • A solid understanding of software fundamentals and a desire to learn more.
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
