We are seeking an experienced Office Support Assistant to join our team at Reed for a six-month fixed-term contract. The role involves a variety of tasks including administrative, onboarding, and company secretarial work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-of-house duties, including greeting clients and preparing refreshments.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including franking and arranging couriers.
  • Maintain and update client contact databases and send out payment reminders.
  • Manage diary entries, book meetings, meeting rooms, and arrange directors' travel.
  • Generate reports from the database and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Order office supplies and refreshments, and maintain office equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in reception/administration.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
