We are seeking an experienced Office Support Assistant to join our team at Reed for a six-month fixed-term contract. The role involves a variety of tasks including administrative, onboarding, and company secretarial work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front-of-house duties, including greeting clients and preparing refreshments.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including franking and arranging couriers.
- Maintain and update client contact databases and send out payment reminders.
- Manage diary entries, book meetings, meeting rooms, and arrange directors' travel.
- Generate reports from the database and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Order office supplies and refreshments, and maintain office equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in reception/administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
