**Overview**:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
- Handle inquiries from clients and employees
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
**Experience**:
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Proficiency in computerized systems
- Strong administrative skills
- Data entry accuracy
- Organizational abilities
- Clerical experience
- Office management knowledge
- Typing proficiency
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
