Office Administrator/receptionist

Meet & greet clients
- Be the first point of contact and answer phone calls
- Manage the diary for senior staff/partners and book appointments
- Handling the filing for the office
- Assisting the compliance team with data entry/bookkeeping
- Able to maintain a positive environment in the office
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Excellent organisational skills and manage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in use of MS office suites such as Ms Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Salary: £18k-22k depending on experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
