Role Overview:

The successful candidate will serve as the registered manager for their designated area, providing leadership to a team of 12 Service Leaders responsible for 15 services across the region. The Regional Manager will play a pivotal role in the exciting growth initiatives of the organization, enhancing Community Integrated Care's reputation as a leading provider in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational and financial performance of multiple services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations.
  • Contribute to the organization's business planning process as part of the Leadership Team, with overall responsibility for executing the business plan within your assigned services.
Qualifications and Experience:

Knowledge:

  • Professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., qualified Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ L4, or Care and Management L5).
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • Medication L3 Training.
  • Thorough understanding of person-centered care.
  • Valid UK Driving License.

Experience:

  • Experience working with CI/CQC regulations and inspection processes.
  • Background in complex care within a health/social care environment.
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and involvement in complex case reviews.
  • Experience managing individuals with challenging behaviors requiring intensive support planning.
  • Previous experience overseeing multiple sites in a health and social care context.
  • Proven leadership experience and team management skills.
  • Experience in budget management.
  • Knowledge of complex care conditions, including epilepsy and autism.
