We have a strong presence in the market with over 208 kiosks across the UK and Ireland, and we are looking for a talented individual to drive sales, performance, and standards for our kiosks.
The Role
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of kiosk managers and providing guidance and training to ensure they meet their performance targets.
You will be responsible for 12 kiosks across a designated geographical area and will work closely with our Chef Managers and their teams to set individual targets and develop strategies to drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and performance strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Lead and manage a team of kiosk managers to achieve performance targets
- Provide guidance and training to kiosk managers to ensure they meet performance standards
- Work closely with Chef Managers and their teams to set individual targets and develop strategies to drive performance
- Monitor and analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or operations management role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales and performance strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
