Key Responsibilities- Maximize sales and profit in your area through effective store management and team leadership
- Take full ownership of the day-to-day management of your stores, including inventory management, customer service, and staff development
- Lead and develop your team of managers, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Work closely with the retail leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that drive sales growth and profitability
- Ensure that all stores in your area meet the highest standards of presentation, customer service, and operational excellence
- Sound retail management experience, ideally from a multi-site environment
- Proven ability to achieve budget, revenue, cost, and profit targets, as well as key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Outstanding leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
- Full-time driving license for a minimum of 2 years
