About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Gi Group Operations. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion of our recruitment services.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruitment professionals to ensure exceptional client service and delivery of results.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of business development and leadership experience in a recruitment or related industry.
